- He sat on the Board of Directors of Hydro-Québec from 2004 to 2007 and was President of the Audit Committee from 2005 to 2007.
- He has sat and currently sits on several boards in the automotive industry and charitable organizations.
- He is on the Board of Governors of Concordia University and the John Molson School of Business.
