For the 2nd year running, Mercedes-Benz de Québec is among the winners of the German manufacturer's national Star Dealer competition.
To make this shortlist, dealerships must excel in Sales and Fixed Operations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the year. That's quite an achievement, and I'm really proud of the excellent work done by the whole team in Quebec City.
Park Avenue Volvo also stands out in its category, taking second place in the 2019 Volvo Award of Excellence. Recipient dealers in this select club have demonstrated outstanding results in Sales, Fixed Operations, and the Volvo Retail Experience program.
